During COVID-19’s peak, IMA Goa needed a war-ready digital system to manage patient care, volunteer coordination, and real-time decision-making—amidst collapsing infrastructure.

At the pandemic’s peak, IMA Goa faced collapsing systems—disjointed patient tracking, blind volunteer coordination, and delayed critical care—demanding a real-time digital lifeline to prevent systemic failure.

4. War Room Dashboard (Govt. Officials)

  • Live heatmaps of case clusters and hospital bed occupancy.
  • Predictive analytics to preempt outbreaks (3-day surge alerts).
  • Policy action tools for lockdowns, testing drives, and resource allocation.
